This Tuesday, February 28th, Donald Trump will address a joint session of Congress for the first time. His speechwriter is Stephen Miller, the same so called alt-right White House advisor who helped draft the Muslim ban. Trump will no doubt articulate a discriminatory agenda that puts people in harm’s way, undermines equality and our shared values, and damages our environment.

We're rallying outside of the White House in Lafayette Square from 6-7pm before Trump gives his speech before Congress. We are calling it a “Resistance Address: Defending American Values in a Time of Moral Crisis.”

Together, we will send a clear message outside of Trump’s front door that his agenda does not represent the values of the American people. We will resist. Our rally will feature speakers from diverse organizations and groups of people who have been impacted and harmed by the Trump Administration’s policies who will tell us how they are fighting back.
