Restorative Practices Summit
Start: Saturday, February 03, 2018• 9:30 AM
End: Saturday, February 03, 2018• 5:00 PM
Engage in a day of learning and discussing with colleagues strategies for implementing restorative practices school-wide!
In an effort to help more schools implement restorative practices (RP), a coalition of labor, education, civil rights, and grassroots community organizations have teamed up to create tools and resources to be used by educators and community members.
This summit to engage with these tools and resources is brought to you by the Pikes Peak Education Association, the Colorado Springs Education Association, and the Colorado Education Association in collaboration with the Denver School-Based Restorative Practices Partnership.
This work is made possible by a grant from the National Education Association’s Great Public Schools Grant Fund. GPS Fund Grants are awarded to help enhance the quality of public education by developing, implementing, and leading an agenda that encourages NEA members and allies in work that emphasizes student-centered success through union led efforts.
There is no cost to attend this summit.
Lunch and snacks are provided.
