Join Clean Air staff and members to review the Town of Tonawanda's Draft Townwide Zoning Code and Map in this workshop! This workshop will be a repeat of the August 15 workshop, with very little or no new content to present.

The draft zoning code is a very technical document that is over 200 pages long, and the zoning map has been adjusted, with some adjustments to current existing zoning of properties - reviewing this information can be intimidating, even for professionals.

During this workshop, we will help you read through the draft and identify changes that you like and want to see in the final version, and areas of the draft that need improvement. We will also have the current version of the code and the map on hand for you to look at for comparison,

We will also have periodic 20 minute training sessions to review key concepts and terms, and will have basic templates and instructions for how to submit a comment to the Town Planner.

Dinner will be provided; childcare, interpretation and other accessibility needs will be provided with pre-registration.
