Please join the effort to pass the Roe act in Massachusetts.  We will write postcards, asking voters to call or email their MA State Representative and Senator in support of HB3320 and SB1209.  MA legislators need to know the majority of Americans support a woman’s right to control her own reproductive health.

In 1974, right after Roe v. Wade, Massachusetts enacted a package of anti-abortion restrictions. These harmful laws are still on our books including a 24-hour waiting period. This bill would bring our laws into the 21st century by changing inflammatory and inaccurate legal definitions about pregnancy and abortion, ensuring that a person’s right make all decisions about their own health care is part of our MA laws.
