There is a rooftop dragon that will be unveiled in Renton. Although the combination of fun run and dragon seems dubious, the road closures will likely present an opportunity to collect signatures for Raise the Wage Renton from the increased pedestrian traffic. Let's get out in the community for the Renton Dragon Dash and talk to voters about the need for an increased minimum wage in Renton!

We'll be meeting at Boon Boona Coffee and then heading up to the race start at the corner of Wells and 3rd (in front of Common Ground Coffee and Cupcakes). We'll head to the race finish by 10:30am, which is at the Henry Moses Aquatic Center across the river.

Please note there are multiple signature gathering events at the same time, and this RSVP is specifically for downtown Renton.
