Do you ever find yourself repeating words, and needing more confidence in the busy days of our lives? Well this month we are going to get deep with some words and meanings that help us get through the hard times. We will create a meditation for yourself to calm any worries and relax your mind and body when needed. These meditations will allow you to gain more confidence, and self awareness with digging deep and getting the words that support you the most out and into an adventure for your mind. This will be lead by series organizer Melissa Weale, who has led and written many meditations within ritual groups, and sunday services.
