Summer Gathering & AGM: Motions and election results!

Start: 2020-08-22 14:00:00 UTC Greenwich Mean Time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London (GMT+00:00)

This is a virtual event

In the final part of our online Summer Gathering we'll be debating and voting on motions submitted by you, our members, and we'll finish with the announcement of our committee election results.

Over the last few years, we've organised regional gatherings, training events, speaker tours, and have played a vital role in mobilising young people across the region during elections (but there's space for much more!). We also support Young Green Officers, University Societies and Young Green Groups across the South East.

If you're interested in joining our team and helping to develop a strong and energised network of Young Green activists across the South East, please apply!

Stand for election!

Members also have the chance to submit motions to our AGM. Motions can concern organisational changes that you wish to bring about, policy statements that you wish to endorse, amendments to the South East Young Greens constitution or much more beside.

The session will be chaired by Matthew Hull ERO. If you have a question about our internal democracy, please email him on hull5418@live.co.uk.

We look forward to you joining us for the final part of our 2019/20 year!

Please Note

*You must sign into the Green Party members website to view this information.

You're welcome to observe our AGM but you'll only be able to vote if you're a member of the South East Young Greens. If you're under 30 or a full time student in the South East of England, why not join today! Join the Green Party.

All event times are BST.
