Programme

1. Welcome, and getting to know each other.

2.  Reflections from the last 50 years.

• Introduction to Sheffield Friends of the Earth and the global Friends of the Earth network.

• "My journey in Sheffield Friends of the Earth" A long standing member will explain what motivated him to join the group in in the early 90s, why he is still active with the group, and what he has gained from it.

• We will share a short video of of our campaigning work over the last 50 years.

3. Planning our campaigns for 2025

• We will share the five national campaigning priorities that we can contribute to as a local group.

• We will discuss other local environmental issues and concerns.

• We will outline different ways people can contribute and benefit from involvement.

4. Opportunity to sign up for specific actions or campaigns.
