Who should attend:
- Organizers who want new ideas for supporting phone bankers and canvassers
- Organizers who want to share ideas, tools, and techniques for supporting phone bankers and canvassers.
Think of this as a collaborative train-the-trainer session. We will discuss the why and how of the following topics, aiming to be as granular and specific as possible:
- Recruiting and confirming phone bankers and canvassers
- Planning out lists and turf
- Training and developing phone bankers and canvassers
- Safety and health
- Scaling up: ways to sustainably grow your canvass program.
This training will include some presentation from the DemHUBS team, but our goal is to hold space for you to share your ideas, ask questions, and think critically about how to structure a good civic engagement and base building program.
