We are going to share knowledge, cultures, and music and build new bridges with peoples from across the world at a time where we are told that we have to be divided.

For our colonised communities SOAS has long been a Maangamizi crime scene. Everything about it is colonial in essence and it continues to be a sight of colonial mis-education and to serve colonial violence, as you well know. This is a violation against all our colonised communities, not just students. This is why we are organising a Glocal Peoples Tribunal to put SOAS on trial on the 25th of May, Afrikan Liberation Day, and are inviting all peoples, communities, students, staff and workers to join us.

The struggle that is being waged by the SOAS Liberated Zone is one that concerns all colonised communities and is the reason why we are uniting in constructing a space of true education that serves our decolonial efforts across the world

On this day we are alos launching the Decolonial Open Communiversity (DOC), a space for all peoples from across the world to share their diverse cultures, wisdoms, knowledges, skills, understandings and contexts in order to effectively unify our paths to repair humanity and Mother Earth. It is about learning collectively through transforming the world.
