Please join South Brooklyn DSA's August Virtual Branch Meeting!

At this month's meeting we will be voting on a proposal to make the Industry City re-zoning a priority campaign for our branch.

We will hear from subcommittee members on the ongoing fight to stop the re-zoning of Industry City, and the city's unfair land review process, followed by a brief group discussion.  

Ronnie Almonte (UFT Union delegate, NYC Public School Teacher, DSA member) will talk about the unsafe re-opening of NYC Public Schools. We will discuss how we can support students, teachers, and parents during this time.

The Brooklyn Electoral Working Group will give a presentation on the upcoming City Council endorsement process.
