Join us to discuss how we can win important campaigns to tackle our climate and inequality crises and get involved with NYCC's Climate and Wall St committees.

Now that Donald Trump will assume office in 2025, we must build out our people power over the next few years to make sure our elected leaders step up to protect our climate and communities. New York can be a beacon of hope during the Trump administration, but only if we force key leaders of our city & state to fight back against this dangerous incoming administration. Project 2025 lays out a robust anti-climate, anti-worker agenda and we must defeat it, starting by leading here in New York.

We'll discuss various different local and state campaigns to move our buildings off fossil fuels, make sure New York City stops financing corporate polluters and ensure the richest folks pay their fair share for Livable New York.

The meeting will conclude with next steps and an opportunity to get more involved with NYCC's climate and Wall St committees (come to the meeting to learn what these are!). Food and light beverages will be provided.
