SunDay is a global day of action on September 21st, 2025, celebrating the unstoppable rise of clean energy. We’ll come together to showcase the power of the sun and wind, happening right here in Barrington. Join us from Noon to 3 PM on the Town Common for a renewable energy fair and exhibits, electric car showings, municipal and residential solar tours and more.

12:00 - 3:00 - Exhibits/info tables open on the Common
- Community garden "open garden"
- Electric cars display - pub. parking lot
1:00 - Dedication/ribbon-cutting for "Welcome Way" on Town Common
1:30 - Tour of Calef's Solar Installation
1:30 - 3:30 Solar Homes Tour/Open Houses - map/list at Energy Committee table
2:00 - Tour of Public Library Solar Installation - meet at Library, 426 Calef Highway (rt. 125)


Parking at public lot off route 9, just west of rt. 9/125 intersection, or at U.S. Post Office on Mallego Rd.
