Next Thursday, March 27, Austin City Council will consider legalizing single-stair buildings up to six stories! Allowing single-stair buildings would:

• improve housing affordability
• increase access to sunlight and fresh air
• make it easier to build family-friendly apartments with more bedrooms
• allow more missing middle home options

We need to show Council that this reform enjoys the support of a broad coalition of Austinites, which means we need supporters to speak on favor of single-stair reform at City Hall or over the phone.
