Last week, a worker and a former manager at the Long Beach Yacht Club filed complaints with the California Civil Rights Department for alleged sex-based harassment the two mothers endured on the job. Both allege that the Yacht Club failed to respond appropriately to repeated complaints of sex-based harassment—specifically against pregnant women—that took place over the course of multiple years.
