Tax Day March & Rally

Start: Saturday, April 15, 201710:00 AM

Indivisible Lynchburg is organizing a Tax Day Rally & March, joining cities across the nation on April 15th, to demand Donald Trump to disclose his tax returns.

We will meet at 10:00 am on the sidewalk in front of the downtown Post Office and will march to Congressman Goodlatte's office.   Route:  From the downtown post office (corner of Clay and 12th Street), moving down 12th Street past the Community Market, turning left on Main and ending at Goodlatte's office.

The overriding theme of this rally is to demand Trump to release his tax returns. You can also highlight progressive taxation/budget and tax reform issues at this rally.  You are encouraged to make and bring your own signs, and any appropriate props.

We are also holding a Sign Making party at First Christian Church on Thursday, 4/13 from 5 to 7 pm and everyone is invited to attend! We will provide the supplies. First Christian Church is located at 3109 Rivermont Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24503.

The Tea Party aren't the only or the loudest voices on taxation! We are hoping for a large turnout. See you at the Rally!
