The PA State Democratic Committee has a chance to vote on a resolution for a moratorium on drilling. The party leadership's position is to tax and regulate it. Last time the resolution was offered, it didn't even make it to the floor for a vote. We don't want that to happen again! We'll be there in force, inside and outside the meeting.
