The cuts to public services proposed in the 2019 federal budget will devastate working Ohioans. The proposed budget slashes effective programs and policies such as health care, education and worker protections. It further reduces funding for Medicaid and Medicare, takes funding away from our already-suffering public school systems, and reduces safety net programs for Americans and Ohioans who need them the most.
