Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement. We oppose violence, vandalism and destruction of property. This protest is a lawful exercise of our First Amendment right to peaceful assembly. Sunday March 16th. Tesla Dealership 8601 159th Street Orland Park. 11:00am. until 1:00pm. Street side parking available on the north side of 159th on 86th Ave. Peaceful protest. Stay on the public sidewalk and easement. Signs should carry no vulgarity. I get the anger but this is public and children may see the signs. We need to model decency. Something our government is sorely lacking. Dress for the weather. Bring a chair if you need to take a break. Bring water. The mail date for postcards is today, the 15th. If you haven't participated and would still like to, we will be passing out packs of postcards and index cards for you to use. Keep them flowing! When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.
