After two huge  sit-ins this past fall inside the offices of prominent Democrats, the Green New Deal become wildly popular. In February, Representatives Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ed Markey introduced the Green New Deal Bills in the House and the Senate with the blueprint for how this will actually work in communities. We have momentum. And we have a plan.

As part of a greater American tour, this event in Detroit will inspire and equip attendees to truly be the change that is necessary to move the Green New Deal forward.
