Join PA Together for a Skills and Issues training call on December 3rd at 7pm. The topic is Tips for Building Leadership, Teams and Networks. A year into this movement, many of us are wondering what it will take to sustain this energy long-term. This call will discuss concrete strategies to build your community, cultivate new leaders and facilitate group formation. There will be plenty of time for discussion and to share what has and hasn't worked for you.
This session will be led by Karen Showalter, one of the Harrisburg Tuesdays with Toomey organizers, Senior Campaign Director with MomsRising. Karen has also worked a network strategist, helping groups craft strategies for building sustainable, distributed power using virtual tools.
