Workers’ Memorial Day Rally – April 29th at the RI State House

Join us in honoring Workers’ Memorial Day by standing in solidarity with workers across Rhode Island. On Monday, April 29th, gather at the Rhode Island State House to pay tribute to those who have lost their lives or suffered injury on the job — and to continue the fight for stronger protections, safer workplaces, and dignity for all working Rhode Islanders. Together, we raise our voices for justice, safety, and respect on the job.

This year, we’re rallying for critical worker protections: a ban on captive audience meetings that silence worker voices, a smoke-free workplace for casino workers, and Extreme Temperature Worker Protections. Let’s ensure no one’s life is put at risk just to earn a living.
