September 20th, students around the world will be striking to force our leaders to face the imminent climate crisis and enact swift and radical change.

We strike to demand:
1. Tulane University divest its endowment from fossil fuels and commit to making its investments open and transparent to all students
2. Tulane pledge to become carbon neutral by 2035, as per IPCC recommendations
3. The state of Louisiana stop backing the fossil fuel industry, end new carbon projects, and commit to a just transition for fossil fuel workers
4. Congress to pass a Green New Deal
