On Sunday July 28th 1-6pm join us for a free fun day, an affirming and inclusive “family reunion” style picnic celebrating our awesome Valley LGBTQIA+ community. All affirming folx are welcome!

Thanks to the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, we will have affirming and wonderful security staff on site as well, so everyone can be maximally relaxed.

Things we'll have

• food! Grilled picnic favs, healthy sides, chips, and sweets
• drinks! Water, juice, soda - (this is an alcohol free event!)
• plates, cups, napkins
• music
• decorations
• games for all ages
• security

Currently RSVPed foods include:

veggie dogs and meat hot dogs + fixings, veggie burgers

mac and cheese, salad, vegan potato salad, macaroni salad, guac (vegan), chips

cookies, vegan dessert, cake

water, soda, juice (more always appreciated)

Wondering what to bring: How about these things: hamburgers, vegetarian sides, pickles, watermelon, cheese and crackers, corn on the cob

• A picnic blanket or chairs (there's a pavilion, but let's expand)
• Games and activities for your blanket crew or new crew
• A friend! It’s a big park! Fill it with your people! Or just bring yourself!
• An interest in meeting a new community member ! a bathing suit/change of clothes/towel if you want to run through the splash zone
• And to have fun! So much fun!
