Happy New Year! 2023 is an off year for elections in most states - but not in Virginia.

Due to the unfortunate passing of Congressman Donald McEachin, Virginia's 4th Congressional District will have a special election on February 21st. This election could be Virginia's chance to send its first Black woman to Congress.
