Right now federal regulators at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) are reviewing Transco’s documents. But they’re currently only conducting an “environmental assessment.”

We are demanding FERC conduct a full “environmental impact statement.” This statement must include the option of not expanding this pipeline.
