Our Wisconsin Revolution will hold its annual State Convention and Board Elections virtually this year due to the COVID-19 safety issues. We will join together via Zoom on
Sunday, June 28th from 1pm to 3pm.
At the Convention we will discuss the important work of the organization - building a grassroots movement to take back our state by, of, and for the people!
A main business item for the State Convention is the annual Board of Directors Elections. The Convention will feature a time for candidates to briefly address the virtual meeting. We will conduct the vote, as we have in the past, virtually. Voting will open up on June 28th at the conclusion of candidate statements. Virtual voting will be open until 12pm on Tuesday, June 30th to give people a chance to review candidate statements and vote.
We will send out a link to join the event closer to the date of the event. Board Candidate information will be sent out on June 19th. PLEASE RSVP TODAY!

Board Member Statements at Annual Convention
The OWR State Convention will be held virtually from 1pm to 3pm on Sunday, June 28th. The gathering will be held via Zoom video conference. Zoom allows people to also call in to the meeting, if the video connection does not work for you. At the beginning of the meeting all candidates will be allowed a 2-3 minute statement about their interest in being on the Board. The candidate statements will be recorded so people can access them after the event on the 28th.
Voting in the Board Elections will be conducted via a secure, digital voting service. The voting period will run from 12:00pm on Sunday, June 28th through 12:00pm, Tuesday, June 30th. All current OWR members are allowed to vote. To be a member you must have paid dues within the last year or asked for a waiver from dues. Dues are $5/month or a one-time payment of $50/year. We of course encourage people to support the organization with larger contributions if this is possible for them. For those who are not in a position to meet this dues level, OWR is very open to providing a waiver. To request a waiver please contact OWR Treasurer Jeff Perzan via email at firstname.lastname@example.org In order to vote in the 2020 Board elections you must be a current member by 1pm, Sunday, June 28th.
