Jonathan Granoff, President of the Global Security Institute is an International lawyer who chairs the nuclear task force of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association. He serves as the Representative to the United Nations of the World Summits of Nobel Peace Laureates and is himself a 2014 nominee. He also works with Parliamentarians for Nuclear Nonproliferation and Disarmament, the Jane Goodall Institute and the Parliament of the World’s Religions.

While many people are aware that climate change is leading toward ecocide -- few are talking about how perilously close we are to "nukacid." Johnathan will explain why the current policies of violating and abrogating arms control treaties - while spending a trillion dollars on a new generation of nuclear weapons -- plunges us closer than ever to the brink of nuclear war.
He will also talk about the financial, moral and spiritual forces that an informed public can employ to turn it around and build human security - a breath of fresh air for all of us on planet Earth.

Here is Jonathan Granoff on the Bill Miller show. https://youtu.be/fcC-FInLnEE just 26 minutes.

His opening was so succinct and powerful - about the global perspective beyond nations, and that none of the other issues matter if we nuke ourselves.
