National Action Day with Jenny Jones Sun 2nd July

Can you join Jenny Jones, one of our two Green peers, and co-leader Adrian Ramsay on this regional action day and help us make history in the East?
A crucial council by-election has been called in the heart of the Waveney Valley constituency, where Adrian Ramsay is one of our handful of national Green Party targets for MP.
This is a valuable opportunity both to get another Green voice on the Norfolk County Council and gain momentum for the campaign to get Adrian Ramsay elected as the region's first MP.
We will meet in Diss, which is easily reached by train both from London, Norwich, Ipswich and Colchester. Our hub for the day is a private house at 50 Mount Street, a 20 min walk from Diss train station and a 5 minute walk from the centre of Diss.
There'll be lunch provided and we'll be doing a mixture of doorknocking and leafleting in one of the 16 villages around Diss.
- 10AM: Meet in Diss, 50 Mount Street.
- 10.30AM-1PM: First campaigning session.
- 1PM-2PM: Shared lunch back at 50 Mount Street.
- 2PM-4.30PM: Second campaigning session
- 4.30PM: Social at the pub for those who want
