At this time of year, as we celebrate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday and February's Black History Month, we think about our ongoing efforts to achieve justice. In this conversation, we will talk about how understanding white privilege can help us become more effective allies with communities of color in the struggles we all share for economic and social justice.
