On November 7, students and education workers will take action and disrupt business as usual to demand an education system that works for us: where everyone is safe on campus, where college is free for all, where workers have a fair wage and a union.
We're taking action the first Friday of every month leading up to a mass student strike on May 1, 2026. When students join workers to disrupt business as usual, we can win a world that works for us — not fascists and billionaires.
Gather outside McCormick’s office for a teach-in on the connections between billionaire power brokers and leaders of Philly-area Higher Ed & Healthcare institutions. We’ll call on Senator McCormick to side with workers, students, and patients instead of the wealthy! We demand a McCormick Town Hall on Higher Ed funding by the end of the semester!
Senator McCormick - Our grades are due, where are you?
Instead of leading to benefit Pennsylvanians, McCormick is in lockstep with Trump’s funding cuts and government shutdown, which have real consequences for PA students, faculty, staff, and researchers. And our lack of a state budget will make their impacts even worse for our communities!
We will not allow billionaires to hold our PA education and health systems hostage.
