Why should your boss get away with treating you badly? Whether it's being overlooked, leered at, or just not respected, organizing with your coworkers can help you strike back and win better conditions.
Learn from those who've fought back against discrimination in the workplace, and plan how to take action! This event will include a panel discussion followed by a small-group workshop, with a focus on organizing against racist, sexist, homophobic, and transphobic workplace environments. You'll leave with a plan for first steps in your workplace, as well as resources and readings to share with your coworkers.
Location is fully wheelchair accessible. Masking is strongly encouraged and masks will be provided.
