• Purpose: To share ideas about the organisational structure of XRTMA, its rules and its policies. No final decisions will be made at the hui. Any agreements reached on the day will be presented to the wider group for consideration and ratification at a special meeting.

• Preparation: To prepare for the discussions about structure, rules and policies, it would be helpful to pre-read the existing draft documents and the proposals/feedback submitted by members. These are collated here:https://extinctionrebellion.nz/auckland/review/
• Who: All XRTMA members are welcome to attend (though we understand discussing structure and policy is not everyone’s cup of tea!) Please confirm your attendance by Friday 24th May.
• When: Sunday 26 May 10.00am - 4.00pm. Please arrive at 9.45 to settle in, get a drink etc, for a 10.00 start.
• Where: Ground floor, 155 New North Rd, Eden Terrace.
• Access: Someone will be at the door to let you in until 9.55. If you’re later than that, phone 021 145 4665 for someone to come and open the door.
• Food and drink: Lunch is provided (vegan and gluten free). Please let us know if you have any other food preferences or restrictions. Tea, coffee and water is provided.
• What to bring: Snacks. A koha. You may like to bring a print-out of the documents for discussion.
