Yoga on The Line at Marcus Hook

Start: Saturday, September 09, 201710:00 AM

End: Saturday, September 09, 201711:00 AM

Join us for our 4th Yoga On the Line event! Mallory will be teaching a free 60 min beginner friendly slow-flow yoga class at the park which is at the end of Market Street in Marcus Hook overlooking the waterfront. This action is part of a nationwide #StopETP day demonstrating resistance to Energy Transfer Partners' short-sighted, irresponsible, destructive projects around the country, including the Mariner East 2 project right here in PA.

Feel free to bring family, friends, prayer/peace flags, and signs.

For the yoga class, you will need either a towel or yoga mat, you could also just practice on the grass. We also recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses, sun block, and water. We will be taking photographs during the event (if you prefer not be in pictures please let us know and we can work around it)

INFO ON LOCATION: The Marcus Hook Municipal Park is at the end of Market Street (Route 452), where it meets the Delaware River, and is easily reached from the Route 452 South exit of I-95. Ample parking is available.

On September 8th & 9th, we're taking action across the country to #StopETP and defend indigenous rights and our water, land, air, and climate.

By taking coordinated action targeting ETP, we will launch a broader, sustained effort to disrupt ETP’s business-as-usual until the company withdraws their unnecessary and damaging pipeline projects, stops violating human rights, and stops polluting the air, water, and climate.

Please contact your action host for any specific questions about your action, and please bring your friends out to the Day of Action to #StopETP!
