The PRALER Fund emerges as an action-learning Fund owned by Communities of Resistance, through discussions and reasoning about the role of fundraising and Just Restitution of Resources to support the struggle for Reparatory Justice.

This requires first and foremost the stopping of the harm. This is why the PRALER Fund is owned by Communities of Resistance fighting imperialist exploitation across the Majority World.

PRALER Fund Contributor-Advocates are working within their communities and fields of knowledge to:

-recover local histories of anti-colonial resistance

-build regenerative economic systems

-salvage under-used or wasted resources

-offer their skills in service to communities.
