This application is only to be completed by food vendors.

Food vendors are subject to applicable Temporary Food Establishment regulations established by the Jefferson County Health Department and are required to obtain a permit to serve food at the festival. The primary distinction is with cooked or prepared foods that require temperature control for food safety reasons.

Food Vendor fee is $250

It is highly encouraged to submit your app as soon as possible.

Once we receive and review your application we will confirm your participation. Once you receive conformation you will be provided a link to complete payment.
