YIMBY Lobby Day is back for 2026!

The 2026 YIMBY Lobby Day is a 1-day event where pro-housing activists meet with their legislators in Sacramento to advocate for their support of housing in general and a specific slate of housing bills. We provide training, meals, we schedule the meetings and can even help pay for your travel.

You will be introduced to your Lobby Group in advance, have time to meet them before your meetings start and we close the day with a fun reception. The day is designed for you to travel and return home all in the same day.

You will have an opportunity to advocate for California's premier housing legislation so that we can work towards an affordable California for everyone!

Lobby Day is a collaborative effort of the YIMBY movement designed to amplify our voices in the State Capitol.

YIMBY Lobby Day will take place May 19th from 10 am to 5pm at the Elks Tower.
