Save Boulder County

As Denver Water pushed forward plan to expand the Gross Dam, they have continued to disregard the environmental, traffic, and recreational impact the expansion had the land and people around the Gross Dam.

Over 7 years of construction, this expansion will impact sensitive and protected wetlands, habitats, and forest ecosystems in Boulder, Gilpin and Jefferson, Counties, clear-cut 200,000 trees, and will be the largest and most expensive construction project in Boulder County’s history.

Meanwhile, Boulder will receive no potable drinking water from the expansion.
