The State Senate has sent SB 1850, the County Corrections 20-year Retirement bill, to the Governor's desk. The bill would allow our union to negotiate with County governments for a 20-year/half-pay retirement bill for County COs.

The bill won't force counties to offer the benefit, but allows the union to negotiate for the benefit.
