The Biden-Harris Administration won its biggest victory yet against corporate power when a judge ruled that Google operates an illegal monopoly. This is historic -- and it’s just the beginning.

Between the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, there are legal actions against Ticketmaster, Apple, and Amazon, as well as a slew of actions banning non-compete agreements and fighting against junk fees. FTC Chair Lina Khan is putting attempts at corporate consolidation under the microscope and making sure it won’t harm consumers. And Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Kanter, who is in charge of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, is standing up against illegal monopolies that already exist, like UnitedHealth and Ticketmaster.

Billionaires are hoping that the next president will fire Khan and Kanter so that they can keep exploiting consumers. Meanwhile, Khan and Kanter announced an investigation into price-fixing and price collusion by monopolies.
