For the address, you can enter either

• closest cross streets & provide instructions to text or call for address

Use Comments for any special instructions ('Please text first', 'Bin is on side porch' 'No visits after 8PM', etc)

BUSINESSES

The form should be completed by a Whole WA volunteer (not the business).

• The volunteer will check on the business, pick up completed petitions, and deliver blank ones as needed.
  • Weekly visits are ideal!
• Include the business hours in the Comments and anything else people should know ('The petition is on the front counter', etc).  
• Bonus: Take photos and add to Slack #campaign-photos-and-videos' channel. We'll give the business a shout out on social media
