"All BOQ employees deserve a real pay increase that matches the cost of living increases, reasonable workloads, and secure employment. FSU members reject BOQ Management’s latest unfair and damaging EA proposal for real wage cuts and callous inaction on excessive workloads & job security. In rejecting Management's proposal I will vote NO if they put it to an all-staff ballot."
