Call to Urge Sen. McConnell to Bring the Sentencing Reform and Corrections Act to a Vote

The Sentencing Reform and Corrections Act of 2015—a first step of many toward ending mass incarceration in the United States—was passed out of committee more than six months ago, but it still hasn’t been brought to the floor for a vote.
