In the final days of the 2025 Legislative Session, lawmakers in Annapolis are considering legislation that could build new gas plants in Maryland. Please call your state legislators and tell them to reject any provisions in the Next Generation Energy Act that could lead to new gas generation or create incentives to build new fossil fuel plants where old plants are shutting down.
