Cleaners Questionnaire
Cleaners United is a new alliance of trade unions and community organisations that are working together to improve the working conditions of cleaners in the UK, facilitated by the Centre for Progressive Change. We want to build a national campaign that tackles the terrible working practices in the cleaning industry.
To do this effectively we need cleaners to lead this campaign and come together to demand change. That is why we are holding a Listening Campaign of cleaners nationally, to listen to the issues they are impacted by and what issues they want to see change.
Below you will find a questionnaire where you can have your say about the biggest issues faced by cleaners. All of the information you share with us will be kept completely confidential. With the information you give us we will gather anonymous data and stories to help us understand what are the biggest issues that cleaners experience.
If you have lost your job due to the pandemic please answer this for the last cleaning job that you did.
Once we have listened to 500 cleaners nationally we will then bring together those cleaners interested to decide on what the national campaign should focus on, and make a plan for taking collective action together. We hope you will join us!
By filling in this form you give consent to share your information with the Centre for Progressive Change and for it to be used by this not-for-profit organisation to gather statistical evidence and anonymous stories on workplace issues.
