Do not use use work emails or phone numbers. We cannot use employer phone and email to communicate with our members. Doing so causes privacy concerns and is a violation of employer policies. Use a personal email address that you check regularly and ensure your contact info is up to date with the union.

In the case that an electronic ballot is issued for voting, work emails are automatically eliminated from the process as they cannot be used for union matters.
