In the event of safety incident in the workplace, it's critical that workers and employers can safely and effectively respond. Accordingly, we are now offering fee-based training on CPR, AED (automated external defibrillators), and first aid. PhilaPOSH instructors are certified under the ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute) Program, and instruction is delivered in accordance with the HSI format.

This program is Current, Evidence-Based, Peer-Reviewed and Accepted. HSI training programs are recognized, accepted and approved by, or meet the requirements of, over 7,000 state regulatory agencies, occupational licensing boards, national associations, commissions, and councils in more than 550 occupations and professions.
