Defend Art, Artists and Unionizing Workers at the Kennedy Center!

The Kennedy Center has given us countless moments of joy, laughter, and connection to our shared humanity. Its strength was being a nonpartisan institution where we could all come together for a shared experience. President Trump undermined that, appointing himself as chair, and firing staff over artistic choices.

As Patrons For the Kennedy Center, we are committed to fighting for the institution we love. The United Arts Workers - a newly formed union at the KC - is leading the fight! We're coming together to support them and ALL the workers and artists there!

We want the Trump appointees to stop firing skilled staff and replacing them with cronies, and to see the Kennedy Center survive as the institution we love.

What You Can Do Now

  • Workers have asked - please keep coming to shows! Kennedy Center audiences support the arts and arts workers every time they attend a performance. Ticket sales help ensure that union artists and arts workers can support their families through this fight.
