Demand fertility equality for people living with HIV

Heterosexual couples where one or both partners are living with HIV can access IVF but LGBT people cannot. Nor can someone living with HIV donate eggs or sperm to a loved one to help them start a family.

It is completely safe for a person on effective HIV medication to start a family because they can’t pass the virus on.

We are calling on the government to change the law so that all people living with HIV have the same rights to fertility treatment as everyone else.

The law is discriminatory and based on outdated science and views. It robs people of their right to start a family. It perpetuates HIV stigma. It promotes homophobia.

If you believe all people living with HIV should have equal fertility rights, sign our petition. Be part of the change.
