2019 Annual Meeting Survey

The Democracy Initiative's 2019 Annual Meeting will take place on November 12, 2019. Our Annual Meeting is the time where we reflect on the current strength of our coalition and the democracy movement at large. In order to capture an accurate picture, please fill out our 2019 Annual Meeting Survey.

In addition to the survey, please send us a race/class/gender demographic breakdown of your organization's membership, along with states where your membership has the greatest density. You can send that info to our Communications Strategist Christopher Honey at choney@democracyinitiative.org.

Following the 2019 Annual Meeting is our 3rd Annual Democracy Champions Award Reception, and we want your input on the people and organizations whose work in 2019 deserve recognition as 2019 Democracy Champions.

Honorees are movement leaders, campaigns, and organizations nominated by their peers and colleagues in the Democracy Initiative coalition for their outstanding efforts to mobilize and organize their members to win for democracy. Past winners include Desmond Meade of the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (2017), Larry Cohen (2017), Just Democracy Illinois (2017), Arab American Institute (2018), Voters Not Politicians (2018), Promote the Vote Michigan (2018), and the Missouri Labor Movement (2018).
